We will not hold classes November 21st - 25th so that our staff may celebrate Thanksgiving with their families. Please schedule a make up for any missed classes.

Strength & Conditioning Classes (8 years and up)

A fitness based class that will include a full body work out, cardio, and strength for all fitness levels.  You will enjoy a variety of training styles from circuit training, boot camp, sports performance training, and target training.
